Spending your time with the kids is the best of the whole year and also sister Lisa’s visit.

Lorne did a great job with the programming side of your vlog
The videos are clear and also the sound volume is great. Picture layout also perfect.
You Guys story telling and Documentary is so professional

Always planning ahead and improving
Healthβ€” Nice one. Changing the meal time is a great move and heavy meat mid morning will have the rest of the working day to burn it off. Light meat in the evening is a good idea so the body will run in over drive digesting while sleeping.
For me one meal a day at noon is all I need
I figured if you want to live long then you must eat less lol
