Everyone keeps telling us they want to see more videos. We may be slow to respond, but we hear you!
It took some time to come up with ideas of “What do we make a video about?”
We spent time watching videos that other expats have posted – and a lot of them are just interview-style with people talking about the cost of living in Mexico versus where they came from, or how hard it was to get through the paperwork of becoming residents, or complaining about this or that. That’s not what we wanted to do.
Only a small number of our friends and family have had a chance to come here to stay with us and experience our life here first-hand. So we wanted to post some videos about what it’s actually like to live here. Not the typical Cabo tourist experience – but a real-life perspective of living here full time.
So we decided that a typical Saturday shopping outing would be a good place to start. No tequila shots on a party boat. No haggling for souvenirs at the marina. No mariachi bands. Just an ordinary day in our lives.
